 Ongoing:  In March, June, September and December we offer a Meditation and Mindfulness Practice Group. This group is offered on a drop in basis, a donation is requested to help with costs.
Group meets from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, all levels of experience welcome. Ideal for those who want to learn more about our programs. Dates for 2017:  March 9, June 1, September 14 and December 7.

 Consultations, Individual and Group Instruction:  Available weekdays, evenings and weekends by appointment.     

   Mindfulness Programs 2017
 
We are offering our next  Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program
beginning Wednesday September 20th
Class is from 6-8 PM each week
 This class is open to everyone.

    The program runs for 8 weeks and includes eight 2 hour weekly sessions and one 6 hour session scheduled on a weekend. Cost is $300.00 and includes all materials (audio and handouts). Please pre-register. Class size is limited. Scholarships are available.


NEW! Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance Course

Improve Your Resilience and Emotional Regulation
During this 8 week program you will learn to:

  • Identify Triggers
  • Reduce Emotional Reactivity
  • Cultivate Kindness, Compassion and Forgiveness
  • Recover More Quickly from Intense Emotion

Program begins September 21, 2017 and meets weekly each Thursday for 8 weeks from 6:30 to 8:00 PM Pre-registration is required, class size is limited. Cost: $300.00 (includes materials)
