At Solid Ground, we offer both traditional counseling and complementary therapies to support you in regaining and maintaining balance in your life. In developing a personalized plan for you we use mindfulness practice, guided imagery, and meditation as means for cultivating your own inner resources and achieving an enhanced sense of stability.
We offer both individual and group services.
Our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction group includes an 8 week program that meets weekly.
