Our mission at Solid Ground is to support you in your search for ways to increase feelings of well-being, to achieve more balance in your life and to respond to stress.
At Solid Ground, we offer both counseling and complementary therapies to support you in regaining and maintaining balance in your life. In developing a personalized plan for you we use mindfulness practice, guided imagery, appreciative inquiry and meditation as means for cultivating your own inner resources and achieving an enhanced sense of stability.
We offer both individual and group services.
Our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Relapse Prevention groups include an 8 week program that meets weekly.
